One of the greatest joys of creating Cherokee Fade and all that has come with it, is the unbelievably talented people I have met along the way. Caitlin and I shared an equinox last year while we were on tour. Road weary and far from anything familiar she and her friends invited us into their home, fed us, listened to ours songs, shared their own and showed us one hell of a time. Her newest album Lick Them Wounds is nothing short of a soul fixer. Her unique voice and stories that explore the pain in waiting and the open expanse of travel and time, leave us feeling like we just went somewhere we never knew we always missed. It’s a work of art. Caitlin, thank you. xoxo “Livin’ like I’m damned if I do, I’ll be damned, I’ll be damned if I wont.”
